Was nice again today, so we went to Linlithgow palace,I took a load of pictures but, its not really my cup of tea, too much of a ruin.

I took the opportunity to quiz them on Scottish history, there were a lot more questions than this but I thought I would do the edited highlights bit

James V and Mary Queen of Scots correct What was Mary's first husband? a porpoise wrong, a dauphin Who cut off Mary's head ? some nasty guy wrong it was a queen, which queen? duh!!! what's the name of the current queen ? Margaret Who is margaret? she is my gran Yes but what is the name of the actual queen? Don't know Elizabeth, Now who cut off Mary's head? Elizabeth the first of England
